No. BetaSuite ERP Suite 360 is fully cloud-hosted. You access it from any browser — Chrome, Edge, or Safari — on any device. There is no software to install, no server to manage, and no IT infrastructure required. Your data is stored securely in a managed cloud database with daily backups.
Yes. Every invoice and receipt generated in BetaSuite is submitted to KRA eTIMS in real time before it prints. The receipt carries a Control Unit (CU) number and a QR code that customers can scan to verify its authenticity on the KRA portal. If eTIMS is temporarily unavailable, submissions are queued and retried automatically — your cashiers never need to do anything manually.
Yes. BetaSuite has native M-Pesa STK push integration for both Lipa Na M-Pesa (Paybill and Buy Goods). When a customer pays by M-Pesa at the POS, an STK push is sent to their phone. The moment they enter their PIN, BetaSuite receives confirmation, posts the payment to the shift, and prints the receipt — in under 10 seconds. Multiple M-Pesa shortcodes are supported across branches.
Yes. BetaSuite is modular by design. You activate exactly the modules your business needs and pay only for those. A retail shop might activate Retail POS, Inventory, Finance, and HR. A hotel adds Accommodations, PMS, and Restaurant POS. A distributor activates Trips & Fleet, Van Sales, and Delivery. The BetaGO suite is six purpose-built mobile apps — Van Sales, MarketGo, RetailGo, TouchGo, DeliveryGo, and StaffGo — that give field staff, drivers, waiters, and employees access to the ERP from their smartphones. Each app is offline-capable: data is captured locally when there is no signal and syncs automatically when connectivity returns. Entitlements are managed from the web console and take effect on the next login — no app update required.
Yes. BetaSuite is multi-tenant and multi-branch by design. Each company on the platform is fully isolated — its own data, its own users, its own module configuration. Within a company, branches operate independently with their own shifts, stock, and printers, while sharing a unified product catalogue and consolidated reporting. Managers see only their branch; head office sees everything.
For most businesses, the setup process takes between 3 and 10 business days depending on the number of modules, branches, and the volume of data to migrate. Our team handles company configuration, branch setup, user creation, printer mapping, tax rate setup, and opening balance entry. Training is included.
