Partner Onboarding Journey
From Application to First Sale — in Under Two Weeks

A structured, step-by-step onboarding path ensures every new partner is ready to demo, pitch, and close before they ever speak to a prospect.

Day 0 — Application
Submit Your Partner Application
Complete the 4-step online application (company details, business type, experience, region coverage). Takes under 10 minutes. No documents required at this stage.
Day 1–2 — Review
Application Review & Welcome Call
Our partner team reviews your application within 2 business days. We may schedule a 15-minute welcome call to understand your business and assign you to the right programme tier and account manager.
Day 2–3 — Agreement
Sign the Partner Agreement
Review and sign the BetaSuite Reseller Partner Agreement digitally. This formalises your margin structure, support entitlements, and code of conduct. No upfront fees or minimum commitments.
Day 3–7 — Training
Complete Onboarding Training
Work through the mandatory onboarding modules (Core ERP, POS Fundamentals, HR Overview, Finance Basics). Each module has an assessment. Earn your BetaSuite Partner Certification upon passing all four.
Day 7–10 — Demo
Explore Your Demo Environment
Your dedicated sandbox account is activated with sample data loaded for every module. Your account manager walks you through your first live demo scenario and answers any product questions.
Day 10+ — Selling
Start Selling to Your Clients
You're ready. Your account manager supports your first three prospect calls. BetaSuite's technical team assists with client setup, data migration, and go-live for every client you bring on board.
