Mandatory — All Partners
Complete the 4 core modules (ERP Fundamentals, POS, Inventory, Finance) and pass all assessments. Required before you can be officially listed as a BetaSuite partner.

BetaSuite Advanced Partner
Elective — Silver & Above
Complete all 8 training modules including HR, Fleet, Manufacturing, and Hospitality. Unlocks co-marketing support and signals to clients that you have deep product knowledge.

Invitation — Gold & Platinum
An intensive hands-on programme for top Gold and Platinum partners — covering advanced implementations, custom integrations, eTIMS deep-dive, and M-Pesa Daraja API configuration.
Training Modules
What You'll Learn
Each module is self-paced, with written guides, video walkthroughs, and a short assessment at the end. Complete them in any order after the mandatory core four.
Core ERP Fundamentals
Mandatory
~2 hrs
Company setup, branches, users, roles, permissions, module activation, and how data flows across the ERP.
POS & Retail Operations
Mandatory
~3 hrs
Retail POS, Restaurant POS, M-Pesa STK Push, KRA eTIMS receipting, and end-of-day reconciliation.
Inventory & Purchasing
Mandatory
~2 hrs
Stock control, GRN, purchase orders, multi-branch transfers, reorder alerts, and stock valuation.
Finance & Accounting
Mandatory
~2.5 hrs
Chart of accounts, GL, AR/AP invoicing, bank reconciliation, P&L, balance sheet, and multi-currency.
HR & Payroll
Elective
~2 hrs
Employee records, attendance, leave, payroll computation, PAYE/NHIF/NSSF, and StaffGo mobile app.
Fleet Management
Elective
~1.5 hrs
Vehicle management, driver records, fuel tracking, compliance calendar, tyre management, and fleet reporting.
Hospitality & Property

Accommodation PMS, reservations, folio management, night audit, lease and tenant management.
