Do I need a technology background to sell BetaSuite?
Not at all. Most successful BetaSuite sales agents come from business, sales, or accounting backgrounds. You just need to understand business problems — and BetaSuite solves plenty of them. Our training gives you everything else.
How do I get paid, and when?
Your commission is calculated as a percentage of your client's monthly subscription invoice. BetaSuite pays out partner commissions monthly via M-Pesa or bank transfer — typically within the first 5 business days of each month for the prior month's confirmed billing.
What happens if a client stops paying or cancels?
You only earn commission on active paying clients. If a client cancels, your commission for that client stops from the following month. However, BetaSuite's retention team works hard to prevent churn — and you can always introduce a replacement client to maintain your earnings.
Can I have another job or business while being a BetaSuite agent?
Absolutely. Most of our freelance agents have existing businesses or employment — they earn BetaSuite commissions alongside their primary income. There's no exclusivity requirement at the Starter or Silver tier.
Who handles technical support for my clients?
BetaSuite handles all technical support for your clients through our support team. You're the relationship manager — we handle the technology. Your clients will contact BetaSuite directly for product support, not you.
