Tier progression:
Every new partner begins at Bronze. As your portfolio of active clients grows, you are automatically upgraded — unlocking better rates on your entire book of business. Commission is paid at your current tier rate at the time of each payment.
No hidden fees or clawbacks: There are no sign-up fees, annual revenue targets, or clawbacks. Your commission is calculated and credited each billing cycle automatically.
Frequently Asked Questions
Are the commission rates fixed?
No. The rates shown on this page are indicative starting points. Your final commission rate is agreed during the partner onboarding discussion and is documented in your partner agreement. Partners with strong market reach or strategic fit often negotiate higher rates.
When do I start earning commission?
Commission accrues from the first payment cycle after your referred company's subscription goes active. There is no waiting period.
Do I earn commission on renewals as well as new sign-ups?
It depends on your tier and your negotiated agreement. Bronze partners typically earn on new clients only. Silver and Gold earn on renewals for a fixed number of cycles. Platinum partners earn lifetime commission on every renewal for all their clients.
How do I know my client has been tagged to me?
When a company is onboarded using your partner code, it appears in your client list on the partner portal within 24 hours. You will also receive an email notification.
Can I refer clients in any country?
Yes. BetaSuite ERP is available across East Africa. You can refer businesses in Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda, and beyond. There is no territory restriction.
What happens if a client I referred cancels their subscription?
Commission stops accruing from the month the subscription lapses. If the client re-subscribes later, commission resumes from the next active billing cycle.
How and when are commissions paid out?
Payouts are processed on request from your partner portal. You can request a payout at any time once your balance reaches the minimum threshold. We pay via M-Pesa or bank transfer within 3 business days.
Is there a limit on how many clients I can refer?
No cap. The more active clients you build, the higher your tier and the better your commission rate.
